Help with accounts, scoring, teams, tournaments and broadcast overlays.

Contact us

Email support@wicketlayer.app and include a description of the issue, your device model and the steps that caused it. Do not send your password or stream key.

Account access

Confirm that you are signing in with the email address used to create the account. Your sign-in email cannot currently be changed inside the app.

Scoring and corrections

Authorised scorers can correct registered-match deliveries or undo the latest Quick Score delivery. If an innings has ended unexpectedly, review the final delivery and the configured overs, balls per over and players per team.

Broadcast overlays

Use the HTTPS overlay URL from Broadcast Setup as a browser source. For landscape broadcasts use 1920×1080; for portrait broadcasts use 1080×1920. Keep the browser source above the camera source and tap Update Live Overlay after selecting the public broadcast state.

Privacy requests

Data-access and deletion requests can be submitted from Profile → Privacy & your data. Requests are reviewed and completed manually.
